Physical Training
In line with the principle of parallel development of moral education, intellectual education and physical education, under the high attention of the school leaders, all departments actively negotiated and cooperated to elaborate the ninth grade students' running and skipping rope training plan between classes.
To start with, the bell rang and the playground began to be lively. The students prepared to warm up and worked in groups. Facing the morning light, they began their targeted training. In fact, all the students jogged two laps around the administration building in an orderly manner. ‘Keep your wrists strong and your toes on the ground.’ In the training of skipping ropes, the teachers patiently guided the students. Additionally, in order to make the students' movements more standardized and in line with the requirements, the teachers gave them on-site demonstrations. In the meantime, the Grade 9 head teachers accompanied the students and cheered them on.
Furthermore, there are three purposes in regard to Grade 9 running exercises: firstly, improve students' endurance and perseverance; Secondly, enhance the cohesion of students and cultivate their collective consciousness; Thirdly, lay a solid foundation and make good preparations for the physical training of the Senior High School Entrance Exam.
On the other hand, the scientific and reasonable plan ensured the quality of the training. Afterwards, the intense 20 minutes’ training was coming to an end, the sweat has soaked the children's collars, but the smiles were still in their eyebrows.
To conclude, as the old saying goes, ‘The plum blossom fragrance comes from the bitter cold.’ After hard training, subsequently, this group of teenagers will be able to face the sports examination more calmly. Thus, let us wait for them to write the glory of the Senior High School Entrance Examination!
